Abstract
The SEMW theory was developed for SMC design and analysis by fusing the conventional semiconductor physics, conventional nonlinear undulation theory and the conventional EMW theory.
Keywords: Nonlinear undulation theory, solitary wave, great wave, PMOSFET, NMOSFET, SMC, SEMW, on-chip inverter, semiconductor physics, saturation threshold voltage, drain current, gate voltage, drain source voltage, soliton, solitary electric field wave (SEW), significant frequency (SF), modified significant frequency (MSF), vector wave equations, solitary magnetic field wave (SMW), electric current.
