对可穿戴生物电子产品的需求持续增长,这项技术可能会显著改变医疗领域。为了诊断和治疗病人,传统医学采取一种“反应性”方法,等待症状首先出现。因此,最好是朝着持续的无创可穿戴生物监测的方向发展,这是一种预防策略,可以帮助个人在早期阶段诊断或治疗疾病,有时在任何外在症状出现之前。随着技术进步,苹果手表(Apple Watch)和FitBit等可穿戴生理传感器已经进入市场,并迅速普及。然而,目前很少有设备可以直接报告这些相关的生物标志物。这主要是由于实时流体采样和利用极具选择性和灵敏度的传感器生成正确读数所面临的挑战。汗液是一种排泄液,仅允许用于减少侵入性,但由于相关生物标志物的稀释浓度以及pH、盐度和其他生物物理参数的变化,这种限制给传感器带来了额外的压力,这些参数直接影响实时生物传感器的读数。在轻度侵入性的生物体液中,汗液更受欢迎,因为它的干扰性化学物质浓度低,而且可以在不接触粘膜层的情况下收集汗液。本文简要概述了基于汗液的可穿戴传感器的最新进展,它们在医疗监测方面的前景,以及基于汗液的分析所面临的问题。
