脑肿瘤已经成为最致命的癌症之一;然而,它们的治疗仍然受到传统方法的限制。在其他CNS疾病中,脑肿瘤是最致命的癌症形式,因为诊断和特征分析无效。治疗脑肿瘤的主要限制因素是血脑屏障(BBB),并且无法达到所需的治疗浓度。因此,大多数药物的处方剂量都较高,导致出现几种不必要的副作用。纳米技术已经成为治疗包括脑肿瘤在内的神经系统疾病的一种有趣而有前途的新方法,有可能克服与传统治疗方法有关的担忧。此外,仿生纳米材料已被引入,成功地跨越血脑屏障,并被深层皮肤癌消耗,用于使用多模态功能纳米结构对脑肿瘤进行成像,以进行更具体和可靠的医学评估。这些纳米药物可以通过受控制的药代动力学和药效学来增强治疗药物的生物利用度,从而应对若干挑战。进一步经鼻给药被认为是大脑靶向治疗几种CNS疾病的替代方法。药物可以通过鼻内给药绕过BBB直接输送到大脑。这篇综述讨论了基于鼻内纳米药物的脑肿瘤靶向治疗,可以从不同的角度进行探索。
