在各种癌症中,已证实lncRNAs UCA1上调的患者患有高级别肿瘤,生存率低。尿道癌相关1(UCA1)是一种致癌的非编码RNA,长度超过200个核苷酸。 UCA1调节与癌症进展有关的关键生物学过程,包括癌细胞的生长,侵袭,迁移,转移和血管生成。因此,UCA1在多种癌症类型中过表达并不奇怪,包括胰腺癌,卵巢癌,胃癌,结肠直肠癌,乳腺癌,前列腺癌,子宫内膜癌,宫颈癌,膀胱癌,肾上腺癌,下咽癌,口腔癌,胆囊癌,鼻咽癌,喉癌,骨肉瘤,食道鳞状细胞癌,肾细胞癌,胆管癌,白血病,神经胶质瘤,甲状腺癌,髓母细胞瘤,肝细胞癌和多发性骨髓瘤。在本文中,我们综述了UCA1在几种癌症中的生物学功能和调控机制,还将讨论其作为癌症生物标志物和癌症治疗方法的潜力。
