腹腔疾病(CD)是一种复杂的免疫原性疾病,主要由遗传易感人群中的麸质摄入引起,患病率为100-300的1。 CD是遗传和环境因素之间相互作用的结果。人们认为遗传易感性在CD的致病性中起着重要作用,这主要归因于人类白细胞抗原(HLA)相关的II类基因。尽管CD在阿拉伯人群中广为人知,但有关阿拉伯国家CD的遗传流行病学和流行的研究很少。因此,本综述的目的是在全球范围内强调在阿拉伯世界研究这种疾病的重要性。在迄今为止发表的少数研究中,发现阿拉伯人群具有其他种族的DQ2.5和DQ8基因型,这些基因型被认为是赋予阿拉伯CD患者易感性的主要基因型。我们的发现将为进行进一步的流行病学研究铺平道路,这将有助于在诊断为CD的阿拉伯患者中确定针对CD的潜在治疗靶标。
