Jun Ye is a professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Ningbo University, P.R. China. He has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and research. His research interests include soft computing, Neutrosophic theory and applications, fuzzy decision making theory and methods, intelligent control, robotics, pattern recognition, medical diagnosis, fault diagnosis, and rock mechanics. He has published more than 270 papers in journals, written a few books related to his research work, and finished a few projects sponsored by the government of P.R. China. He was selected as “Elsevier Chinese Most Cited Researchers” in 2019 and 2020.
Dr. Florentin SMARANDACHE is a professor of mathematics at the University of New Mexico, USA. He got his M. Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Craiova, Romania, Ph. D in Mathematics from the State University of Kishinev, and Post-Doctoral in Applied Mathematics from Okayama University of Sciences, Japan. He is the founder of neutrosophic set, logic, probability and statistics since 1995 and has published hundreds of papers on neutrosophic physics, superluminal and instantaneous physics, unmatter, absolute theory of relativity, redshift and blueshift due to the medium gradient and refraction index besides the Doppler effect, paradoxism, outerart, neutrosophy as a new branch of philosophy, Law of Included Multiple-Middle, degree of dependence and independence between the neutrosophic components, refined neutrosophic over-under-off-set, neutrosophic overset, neutrosophic triplet and duplet structures, DSmT and so on to many peer-reviewed international journals and many books and he presented papers and plenary lectures to many international conferences around the world.
Dr. X. Zhang He is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology (SUST). He is the director of China-Canada Research Center on Data Intelligence and Three-way Decision at SUST. He graduated from Shaanxi University of Technology in July 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics; he graduated from Northwest University of Technology in November 2005 with a Doctor of Engineering degree in Computer Software and Theory. From September 2008 to February 2009, he went to University of Regina (Canada) as a senior visiting scholar. He has served as a professor at Shaanxi University of Technology, Ningbo University and Shanghai Maritime University. He has published more than 160 international journals papers, including Information Sciences, Fuzzy Sets and Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems et al. His current research interests include non-classical logic algebras, fuzzy sets, rough sets, neutrosophic sets, data intelligence and decision-making theory. He currently assume a member of a council of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the associate director of Professional Committee on Artificial Intelligence Foundation of CAAI, and associate editor of Neutrosophic Sets and Systems.
Professor Yu-Dong Zhang received his PhD degree in Signal and Information Processing from Southeast University in 2010. He then worked as a postdoc from 2010 to 2012 at Columbia University, USA; and as an assistant research scientist from 2012 to 2013 at the Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene (RFMH), USA. He served as a Full Professor from 2013 to 2017 at Nanjing Normal University. Now he serves as a professor at the Department of Informatics, University of Leicester, UK. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis.
Dr. Gilson Antonio Giraldi is working with the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC) since 2000 and he is a permanent Researcher of the LNCC since 2002. He has been the Head of projects in the areas of image analysis, scientific visualization, machine/statistical learning, and quantum computing. Besides, he is a member of the National Institute of Science and Technology in Medicine Assisted by Scientific Computing (INCT-MACC) that proposes to implement computational resources for medicine assisted by scientific computing. His main areas of interest are in computer science, with an emphasis on machine learning, deformable models, image processing, analysis and classification, fluid animation, scientific visualization, and quantum computation. He has published more than 40 papers in scientific journals, 20 book chapters, and 100 full works in conferences.
Dr. Jun Liu, Professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, director of materials genome computational engineering department. He has already published over ninety papers, such as Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Macromolecules, Macromolecular Rapid Communications, Journal of Chemical Physics and so on. He has been awarded “China Rubber Sci-Tech Innovation Prize” issued by Chemical Engineering Society. His research focuses on polymer-related materials studied via computer simulation and experiment.
Dr.Vangipuram Radhakrishna is a member of ACM and a recipient of the prestigious ACM SENIOR MEMBER award in 2016. He is awarded Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad in the area of Temporal Data Mining. He is a Professional Member of IEEE, Member IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Data Engineering and Technical Council on Software Engineering. He received several best paper awards at International Conferences within and abroad and has been an active researcher under guidance of Professor Dr. P.V. Kumar and Dr.V. Janaki. His passion for research is inspired from his beloved father and Professor Dr. V. Narasimha Charyulu. He is serving as a Guest Editor and Reviewer for several international journals and is also a technical committee member for several international conferences. His research interests include Data Mining, Temporal Data Mining, Network security, Machine Learning and Algorithm design.
Dr. Zeshui Xu received the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2003. From October 2005 to December 2007, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is a Distinguished Young Scholar of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Chang Jiang Scholars of the Ministry of Education of China. He is currently a Professor with the Business School, Sichuan University, Chengdu. He has been selected as a Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researcher (in the fields of Computer Science (2014-2018) and Engineering (2014, 2016, 2018), respectively), and also the Most Cited Chinese Researchers (Ranked first in Computer Science, 2014-2018, Released by Elsevier). He is currently the associate editors of IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Information Sciences, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, etc., a member of the advisory boards of Knowledge-Based Systems, Granular Computing, and also a member of Editorial Boards of more than thirty professional journals. He has contributed more than 700 journal articles to professional journals. His current research interests include decision making, information fusion, clustering analysis, and fuzzy sets.
Dr. Mohammad Alibakhshikenari was born in Mazandaran, Iran, in 1988. He received the Ph.D. degree (Hons.) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Italy, in February 2020. Dr. Alibakhshikenari was the recipient of a two years postdoctoral research grant awarded by the Electronic Engineering Department of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" that started in November 2019. He was also the recipient of International Postgraduate Research (Ph.D.) Scholarship (IPRS) by Italian Government in 2016 for three years.
Dr. Yao CHEN, an associate Professor from National Prestress Engineering Research Center, School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, China. He is a member of IASS and ASCE. His main research interests are advanced structures (e.g., tensegrity, origami, kirigami, deployable structures, crystal), robust computational methods (e.g., symmetry, group theory, graph products, optimaztions, FEM), computational mechanics, and mechanics of materials. In the last years, he had academic visits to University of Cambridge, University of Tokyo, MIT, etc. Dr. Yao Chen won the 10th IASS Hangai Prize in 2012, and obtained the Humboldt Research Fellowship supported by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany in 2018-2019.
Dr. Hai Dong is a faculty member at School of Science in RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. He is the coordinator of Sensors, Clouds, and Services Laboratory (SCSLab), the coordinator of Smart Sensing and Services Group, and the leader of Trust Management Stream in Cyberspace and Security Group. He published a monograph and over 80 research publications in international journals and conferences, including CACM, CCPE, Computing, FGCS, JCSS, JNCA, KBS, TIE, TII, TSC, WWWJ, FUZZ-IEEE, ICONIP, ICSOC, ICWS, WISE, etc. He received the Best Research Paper Award in ICSOC 2016.
Dr. Gaurav Dhiman received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He has completed his Master Degree of Computer Applications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala. He was selected as an outstanding reviewer from Knowledge- Based Systems (Elsevier). He has published more than 25 peer-review research papers (indexed in SCI-SCIE). He is also in editorial board member of Artificial Intelligence Evolution journal. Dr. Harish Garg is an Assistant Professor in the School of Mathematics at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, India. Prior to joining this University, Dr. Garg received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics with specialization of Reliability theory and soft computing techniques, from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India in 2013. His M.Sc. was in Mathematics from Punjabi University, Patiala, India in 2008. Dr. Garg research interest are in the field of Computational Intelligence, Multi-criteria decision making problems, Reliability theory, Optimization techniques, Swarm algorithms, fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, and Expert Systems. Dr. Joshua Zhexue Huang received the PhD degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He is now a professor and chief scientist at Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a honorary professor at the Department of Mathematics, The University of Hong Kong. His research interests include data mining, machine learning, and clustering algorithms.
Xin Jin is an associate professor at the School of Software, Yunnan University, Kunming, China. He received his BS degree in electronics and information engineering from the Henan Normal University, Xinxiang, China, in 2013, and his PhD in Communication and Information Systems from Yunnan University, Kunming, China, in 2018. He has published over 60 articles with more than 600 citations, and his H-Index is 15 in ResearchGate. His current research interests include neural networks, optimization algorithms, fuzzy set theory, image processing, and information fusion.
Dr. Hyunsung Kim received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from Kyungpook National University, Korea, in 1998 and 2002. He is a Professor with the School of Computer Science, Kyungil University, Korea from 2002. Furthermore, he is currently a visiting professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Chancellor College, University of Malawi, Malawi from 2015. He also was a visiting researcher at Dublin City University for 2009. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as a senior researcher at Ditto Technology. His research interests include cryptography, VLSI, authentication technologies, network security, ubiquitous computing security, blockchain architecture and security protocol.
Dr. Khan N.Q. Lee is an Assistant Professor with the professional program in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. He earned his MS and PhD degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, He graduated in Biomedical Informatics from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. After obtaining his PhD degree, he worked as a research fellow at the School of Humanities, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests are in artificial intelligence, deep learning, bioinformatics, computational biology, radiogenomics, and healthcare informatics.
Dr. Yuxing Li obtained a master degree in Signal and Information Processing at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU), China. He went on to receive his PhD in Acoustics from NPU. Li is a lecturer in School of Automation and Information Engineering, Xi’an University of Technology, China. His research interests include signal processing, mode decomposition, and entropy.
Dr. Jikai Liu is a Professor at School of Mechanical Engineering of Shandong University. He received his PhD degree from University of Alberta, Canada, and used to work as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the ANSYS Additive Manufacturing Research Laboratory at University of Pittsburgh, USA. His main research is focused on topology optimization and additive manufacturing. He has authored more than 30 journal papers in reputated international journals.
Dr. Fei MA received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Xiamen University in Xiamen in 1999 and 2002 respectively, and his Ph.D. Degree in Applied Math from Flinders University in 2008. Currently he is an Associate Professor at the Mathematical Sciences Department of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research interests include medical and biomedical image analysis, forecasting methods with big data, AGV scheduling and routing and nonnegative matrices.
Shigen Shen received the B.S. degree in fundamental mathematics from Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua, China, in 1995, the M.S. degree in computer science and technology from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2013. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shaoxing University, Shaoxing, China. His current research interests include Internet of Things, cyber security, cloud computing and game theory.
Dr. Cui Tiejun has a Bachelors in safety engineering and software engineering, Masters in safety engineering, PhD in safety technology and engineering, postdoctoral in mechanics and safety science and engineering. His research areas include system reliability and intelligent analysis theory. He serves as a deputy editor in chief of insights for Mining Science & technology, editorial board member and a reviewer of several journals. Dr. Tiejun has reviewed more than 20 of Chinese core journals. At present, he has published 198 papers in Chinese core journals, more than 30 EI papers, 15 SCI papers, 22 patents and 7 monographs. He has won the green mine Youth Science and technology award, China Occupational Safety and Health Association Science and technology award, China's 100 most influential domestic academic papers award, etc.
Dr. Vogel is Professor of Information Systems (IS) and an Association for Information Systems (AIS) Fellow as well as AIS Past President and, currently, Director of the eHealth Research Institute as a State Specially Recruited Expert in the School of Management at the Harbin Institute of Technology in China. He has published widely and received over 15,000 citations and had a presence in over 100 countries. His research interests reflect a concern for encouraging efficient and effective utilization of computer systems in an atmosphere conducive to enhancing the quality of life with particular attention to healthcare and wellness.
Shaowei Wang currently holds the position of Chair Professor and Dean of the Department of Engineering Mechanics at Shandong Universityin Jinan, China. Wang holds a Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from Shandong University in 2007. He had been a postdoc researcher in the University of Alabama from 2012 to 2014. The primary areas of his academic research are applied mathematics, computional methods in engineering mechanics, and computional mechanics.
Dr. S. Wang received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 2009 and Beihang University, Beijing, China in 2016 respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at College of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and also a “Hong Kong Scholar” Postdoc Fellow at the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His main research focus is on graph data mining, social network analysis, and urban computing. He has published more than 70 referred conference and journal papers.
HAI YU received his PhD in computer software and theory from Northeastern University, China, in 2006. He is currently an associate professor of software engineering at the Northeastern University, China. His research interests include complex networks, chaotic encryption, software testing, software refactoring, and software architecture. He also serves as an associate editor for the International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, a guest editor for Entropy, and a guest editor for the Journal of Applied Analysis and Computation. In addition, he was a lead guest editor for Mathematical Problems in Engineering during 2013. Moreover, he has served in different roles at several international conferences, such as associate chair for the 7th IWCFTA in 2014, program committee chair for the 4th IWCFTA in 2010, chair of the Best Paper Award Committee at the 9th International Conference for Young Computer Scientists in 2008, and program committee member for the 3rd-11th IWCFTA and the 5th Asia Pacific Workshop on Chaos Control and Synchronization.
Xiaofeng Yuan received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University in 2011 and 2016, respectively. He was a visiting scholar with the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, University of Alberta from November 2014 to May 2015. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Automation, Central south University. His research interests include deep learning and artificial intelligence, machine learning and pattern recognition, industrial process soft sensor modeling, process data analysis, etc. He has published more than 60 journal and conference papers in recent years. Fangwei Zhang was born in 1980 in Shandong province in China. At present, he is an associate professor in College of Transport and Communications, Shanghai Maritime University, at Haigang Ave, Shanghai, P. R. China, His E-mail address is [email protected]. Dr. WU ZHENYONG is currently an Associate Professor in Guangxi University, Nanning, China. He received the Ph.D. degrees from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2014. His current research interests include Industrial informatization, Knowledge engineering, Digital Twin, Logistics simulation and optimization. He is the author of over 30 scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He was also invited as the reviewer of around 10 journals/conferences like IJPR, CERA, JCMSE, ITD, COMIND, IEEE Access, JoS, JoCD, APJOR. etc.
Jianhong Zhang received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, XIDIan University, Chian, in 2004. He is currently a Professor at the North China University of Technology, China. His research interests include cryptography and information security. He has published over 100 research papers in refereed international conferences and journals.
Dr. Chi-Hua Chen is a distinguished professor (Minjiang scholar and Qishan scholar) for the College of Mathematics and Computer Science of Fuzhou University and a chair professor for the Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Management and Finance of National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2013. He has published over 270 journal articles, conference articles, and patents. Some contributions were published in IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEICE Transactions, etc. His recent research interests include Internet of things, deep learning, cellular networks, data mining, and intelligent transportation systems.
Dr. Kunal Das has received the B. Tech (Information Technology) and M. Tech (Information Technology) from Calcutta University, Kolkata, India. He was awarded the Ph.D degree from University of Kalyani. He is former Assistant Professor of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh, India and Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science & Eengineering, Narual Institute of Technology, Kolkata. Currently, He is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Acharya Prafulla Chandra College, New Barrackpore. He has authored several Int. SCI journals papers and several conference papers and reviewer of many SCI journals like Elsevier Microelectronics journal, Springer JETTA, IEEE Trans. and many international conferences. His research interest includes Nano devices like Quantum dot Cellular Automata, VLSI design, Digital Microfludic BioChip. Currently, His current research focus is on Quantum Computing, solving optimization problem using adiabatic Quantum Computer.
Prof. Kannan received his Ph.D. from IIT Madras, India, and Postdoctoral from NCKU, Taiwan. He did his research training as ICTP TRIL Fellow at ICTP & DISI Genova, Italy. He also served as joint researcher at NARC, Japan. He worked in a Collaborative research project with NUK Taiwan (Research Grants from DST India and NSC Taiwan). He has completed many research projects under CSIR & UGC India. Currently, he is running a joint research project with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel (Research Grants from DST India and MOST Israel) and also serving as Editor and reviewer for many reputed journals.
Guoliang Liu received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of Goettingen, Germany, in 2012. He was a staff researcher with Lenovo Group from 2012 to 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. He has been Deputy Secretary-General of Shangdong Province Association of Automation since 2018. He has published over 30 papers on the novel journals and conferences, e.g., IEEE TAC, IEEE ITS, ICRA, FUSION, etc. He has received grants from National Key R&D Program of China and NSFC. His research interests include autonomous robot and human-robot safe interaction.
Dr. Li Liu received the PhD degree in computer science from the Universite Paris-sud XI, in 2008. He is a professor with Chongqing University. He is also serving as a senior research fellow of the School of Computing, the National University of Singapore. He was as an Associate Professor with Lanzhou University, China. His research interests are in pattern recognition, data analysis, and their applications on human behaviors. He aims to contribute in interdisciplinary research of computer science and human related disciplines. He has published widely in conferences and journals with more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has been the Principal Investigator of several funded projects from government and industry.
Dr. Jian-Ning Li received his Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2013. From April 2012 to September 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Mechanical, Dalhousie University. From November 2018 to October 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California, Riverside. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Automation, Hangzhou Dianzi University. His research interests include fault-tolerant control, robust control, neural network, networked control system and multi-agent systems.
Dr. Hong Ge Li received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 2005. He is currently Professor with the School of Electronic Information Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include micro/nano integrated circuits, Brain-like computing and processor, OLED/LCD display drivers, Chip anti-EMI, biosignal processing, and crossover study methodologies for real-time hybrid systems. He is author or co-author of more than 70 scientific papers in journals and international conferences, including Neurocomputing, IEEE JDT\ACC\TED\EMC\IET, Mciroelec. Re., ISCAS and is inventor of 12 patents.
Dr. Janmenjoy Nayak works as an Associate Professor at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management (AITAM),(An Autonomous Institution) Tekkali, K Kotturu, AP- 532201, India. He has published more than 100 research papers in various reputed peer-reviewed refereed journals, international conferences and book chapters. He has been awarded the INSPIRE Fellowship from DST, Govt. of India, and the best researcher award from JNTU, Kakinada, AP. He has edited 10 books and 6 special issues in various topics, including data science, machine learning, and soft computing with reputed international publishers like Springer, Elsevier, Inderscience, etc. His area of interest includes data mining, nature inspired algorithms and soft computing.
Dr. L. Qian received the B.S. degree in electron mechanics, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2007, 2010, and 2013, respectively, He currently serves as an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Ningbo University, Ningbo, China. His current research interests include three dimensional (3-D) ICs based on the through silicon vias and signal integrity of high-speed interconnect circuits.
Dr. Yinglei Song received his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Georgia, USA in 2006. From year 2007 to 2012, he worked as an Assistant Professor of computer science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, USA. Currently, he is working as a professor of information and computer science at the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China. His research interests include bioinformatics, design and analysis of algorithms, data mining, machine learning and image processing.
Dr. Rajkumar Verma received the M.Sc. degree in mathematics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (U.P.), India, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics with a specialization in information theory and computational intelligence techniques from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (Deemed University), Noida (U.P.), India, in 2014. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Management Control and Information Systems, University of Chile, Santiago, Chile. He has authored over 48 research articles published in refereed international journals. Dr. Verma's research interests are in the field of information measures, aggregation operators, multiple attribute group decision making, computational intelligence techniques, game theory, and computing with words.
Dr. Xiaoyuan Zhu research interests are eDrive System and Control, Automated Driving and Dynamic Positioning. Currently, he is working as an Associated Professor at the Merchant Marine College, Shanghai Maritime University. He received his Bachelor (Mechanical Engineering) in 2009 and PhD (Mechanical Engineering) in 2015 from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China.
Dr. Menghua Zhang received the M.S. degree from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Jinan, Jinan, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2018. She is currently an Associate Professor with the University of Jinan. Her current research interests include control of mechatronics, underacutated overhead crane systems, and bionic eye systems.
Dr. Guodong Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in systems analysis and integration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2014. He received the Outstanding Master's Degree Thesis Award of Hubei Province and the outstanding Doctorate Degree Thesis Award of Hubei Province in 2012 and 2015, respectively.He joined the South-Central University for Nationalities in 2014.07. Now, he serves as an Associate Professor and the supervisor in the School of Mathematics and statistics, South-Central University for Nationalities, Wuhan, China. He has published over 30 international journal papers. His current research interests include discontinuous systems, neural networks and intelligent control.Dr. Zhang is also a Reviewer of several journals, such as the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SYSTEMS, MAN AND CYBERNETICS; the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CYBERNETICS; the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON NEURAL NETWORKS AND LEARNING SYSTEMS; Neural Networks; Information Sciences and Nonlinear Dynamics.
Dr. Xiaoyan Li is appointed a Lecturer at College of Mathematics and Computer Science, Fuzhou University. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Ningde Normal University. She received her PhD from School of Computer Science and Technology, Soochow University. She has organized the Local Assist Organization, Cross-Strait Conference on Network Fault- Tolerance and Fault-Diagnosis (CCNFF), Soochow (2014) and Fuzhou (2016). Dr. Li’s research interests include correlation of multi-class system diagnosis and algorithm design construction of high reliable communication trees in data centers and networks based on LCG.
Dr Jabar H. Yousif is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Sohar University, Oman. He received his PhD in Information Science & Technology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Later, he started his Postdoctoral fellowship in Virtual Reality at the University of UKM, Malaysia. He has more than 25 years of teaching experience. He is interested to publish in the fields of Artificial Intelligent, Cloud Computing, Soft Computing, Artificial Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing, Renewable Energy modelling & Virtual Reality. He is the editorial board member and reviewer for many scientific journals and conferences.
