摘要
神经退行性疾病是一种异质性疾病,其特征是中枢神经系统或周围神经系统的结构和功能的进行性退化。阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(PD)和脊髓损伤(SCI)是常见的神经退行性疾病,多见于60岁以上人群。随着老龄化社会的迅速发展,全世界有6000多万人患有这些无法治愈的疾病。因此,寻找新的药物和治疗方法已成为一个越来越重要的研究课题。天然药物特别是中药的天然产物是药物的重要来源,受到药师的广泛关注。在这篇综述中,为了促进药师对这些有用的天然产物进行进一步的化学修饰,我们将汇集近年来对中药中具有神经保护作用的单一天然化合物的研究。
