摘要
血栓闭塞性脉管炎（TAO）指的是血栓闭塞性和病因不明的炎性外周动脉疾病。血栓性事件可以导致TAO患者丧失肢体能力，此通常是发生在社会经济地位低的年轻男性的身上。其初始过程是否为血栓形成或者是炎症这还是未知的，因此很难确定是否炎症或血栓形成的管理改善疾病治疗的结果。在这篇综述中，对TAO中可能的血栓形成的机制进行了阐述，其处理方法是对于TAO中血栓形成的机制以讨论为主，对二者进行阐述之外也对TAO管理所面临的挑战及与之相关的局限性进行了讨论。
