摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种严重的神经退行性疾病,部分原因是突变、环境毒素、氧化应激、异常蛋白质聚集和线粒体功能障碍。然而,帕金森病的确切发病机制及其治疗策略仍需进一步研究。幸运的是,由于其神经保护特性,天然产物已被证明有可能作为缓解PD症状的治疗剂。为了从草药天然产物中发现有潜力的PD治疗先导化合物并了解其作用模式,需要合适的动物模型。果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)是研究复杂生物过程中遗传和细胞途径的重要模型。多种多样的果蝇PD模型被广泛应用于PD研究,特别是用于发现神经保护的天然产物。本文综述了利用果蝇帕金森病模型研究帕金森病天然产物的进展,为利用无脊椎动物模型开发新型抗帕金森病药物提供有价值的见解。
