背景: 猴痘是一种新发现的人畜共患传染病,可在动物间和人与人之间传播。血清学和基因组学研究被用来鉴定病毒。 目的:目前,还没有证实的有效治疗猴痘的方法。此外,静脉注射痘苗免疫球蛋白、口服特考韦瑞(一种细胞内病毒释放抑制剂)和口服Brincidofovir(一种DNA聚合酶抑制剂)抗猴痘病毒的安全性和有效性尚不确定,这突出表明需要更有效和安全的治疗方法。因此,药物再利用已成为一种有希望的策略,以确定以前获得许可的可用于治疗猴痘的药物。 结果:已经采用了各种方法来鉴定先前批准的可靶向特定Mpox病毒蛋白的药物,包括胸苷激酶、D9脱帽酶、E8蛋白、拓扑异构酶e1、p37、包膜蛋白(D13、A26和H3)、F13蛋白、病毒的主要半胱氨酸蛋白酶和DNA聚合酶。 结论:在本综述中,我们概述了可能用于治疗猴痘的潜在药物,并讨论了其作用的潜在生物学过程。
