中医药作为新冠肺炎的预防和治疗手段

2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)大流行仍对全球社会经济和生活质量产生巨大影响。在以往的严重急性呼吸综合征相关冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)和中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(MERS-CoV)疫情中,中医药方法取得了令人鼓舞的成果。在治疗可用性有限的情况下,中药和配方可能有助于减轻COVID-19症状,并可能成为发现新治疗靶点的潜在来源。我们回顾了国家卫生健康委员会和中华人民共和国国家中医药管理局推荐的12种用于新冠肺炎管理的中药和配方。本文探讨了2003年至2020年中国国家有关部门的指南、公共数据库中推荐的中医方药的科学数据及其在COVID-19管理中的潜在机制作用。几种中药和配方可能有助于COVID-19的管理。推荐的中药口服制剂有藿香正气、金花清肝、莲花清文、疏风解毒;推荐的注射制剂包括喜炎平血必净、热毒宁、痰热清、醒脑静、参复、生脉、参脉。中医药是缓解和控制新冠肺炎症状的可行选择。当前的SARS-CoV-2大流行为从中药活性成分中寻找新的治疗靶点提供了机会。尽管中国国家指南中有这些建议,但这些补救措施仍需要在精心设计的临床试验中进一步评估,以确定其治疗COVID-19的有效性。
