摘要
各种药物由于生物利用度差、在水介质中的溶解度差而无法进入市场。因此,人们采用了几种方法来增强水溶性差的药物的溶解度。共结晶是增强低水溶性药物溶解度的方法之一。共晶体是由两种或两种以上成分按化学计量比组成的固体结晶物质,其中一种成分是是活性药物成分(APD),另一种成分是共成体。API和共成体通过分子间相互作用在共晶体中相互混合。本文综述了共晶体的概况,共晶体与其他固体形态的比较,共晶体增强溶解度的机理,共前体的选择技术,共晶体配方列表,共晶体制备方法和共晶体的表征技各种共晶体形成过程中使用的共前体列表和已上市的共晶体配方列表,共晶体制备方法和共晶体的表征技术。
