摘要
背景:2,5-二酮哌嗪(DKPs),又称环二肽,是自然界中由两个氨基酸缩合形成的最简单的肽衍生物。它们是一类重要的生物活性物质,具有多种结构。 目的:本文综述了简单DKPs的天然来源、合成工艺、生物学特性及MS破碎规律,以期为进一步探索该类化合物的科学和治疗潜力提供参考。 方法:从多个电子科学数据库(如:Web of Science、China Knowledge Resource Integrated、ScienceDirect、PubMed、万方数据和谷歌Scholar)、博士和硕士学位论文中收集和整理相关信息。这项工作回顾了从20世纪初到2021年发表的107篇文章。 结果:从真菌、细菌、植物和动物等广泛的自然资源中获得了DKPs,并通过化学和生物方法合成了DKPs。DKPs具有多种药理活性,包括抗癌、抗菌、抗血栓、神经元保护、镇痛等活性。质谱分析是dkp结构分析最常用的方法。根据质谱碎片模式,质谱可以快速筛选和鉴定DKPs。 结论:DKPs是一类相对未知的化合物,已被证实具有多种生物活性,尤其是抗肿瘤和抗菌活性。然而,现有的关于DKPs的研究仍处于早期阶段,其在药物开发中的应用还有待进一步研究。
