纳米技术:治疗脑肿瘤和阿尔茨海默病的有前途的靶向药物输送系统

摘要

纳米技术是在纳米尺度上调整形状和尺寸以设计和制造结构、设备和系统的过程。纳米技术的前瞻性突破令人难以置信,有些甚至是现在无法理解的。血脑屏障是大脑中突出的生理屏障,通过阻止治疗药物在靶组织处的浓度来限制恶性细胞的充分消除。近年来,纳米技术作为解决这些问题和改善药物输送的一种方式引起了人们的兴趣。发现无机和有机纳米材料对生物成像方法和受控药物输送系统有益。脑癌 (BC) 和阿尔茨海默病 (AD) 是两种主要的脑部疾病。尽管这两种疾病的病理生理学和途径不同,但具有共同特征的纳米技术可以通过 BBB 输送药物,从而推进这两种疾病的治疗。这项创新技术可以为结合诊断、治疗和向肿瘤部位递送靶向药物提供基础,并通过采用原子和分子元素设计和递送材料来进一步监督反应。目前阿尔茨海默病的治疗方法有限,并且难以逆转进一步的进展。最近,已经研究了各种纳米载体以提高许多 AD 治疗药物的生物利用度和疗效。纳米技术辅助药物可以穿透血脑屏障并到达靶组织。但是,该领域还需要进一步的研究,以确保载药纳米颗粒的安全性和有效性。本文简要讨论了纳米技术在脑肿瘤和阿尔茨海默病诊断和治疗中的应用。
