背景:强迫症是一种高度衰弱的精神疾病,具有很高的治疗抵抗率。强迫症的生物标志物可以通过预测治疗反应和预后来帮助临床医生。 目的:本研究的目的是回顾关于两种更容易确定且相对便宜的生理生物标志物的文献,即心率变异性和脑电图。 方法:对文献进行叙述性回顾。 结果:心率变异性降低与强迫症症状严重程度增加有关。脑电图的发现也预测了药物治疗的反应,强迫症的生物标志物很可能在预测不同药物的反应方面发挥最大作用。然而,研究的数量很少,结果也不一致。 结论:需要更多的研究来确定心率变异性和电生理学研究是否作为强迫症的生物标志物发挥临床作用。
