背景:教育可以对主观认知衰退 (SCD) 个体的认知产生保护作用,这被认为是阿尔茨海默病 (AD) 的早期阶段。然而,教育对具有 SCD-plus 特征的 SCD 个体认知的影响尚不清楚。 目的:本研究的目的是探讨教育对具有 SCD 加特征的 SCD 个体认知的影响。 方法:共有 234 名 SCD 患者来自中国认知衰退纵向研究(SILCODE)。跨 4 个领域(记忆、执行、语言和一般认知功能)评估认知。构建多元线性回归模型来检查教育对无忧虑 (n=91) 和有忧虑 (n=143) 个体认知分数的影响。此外,我们评估了两组 APOE ε4 非携带者和 APOE ε4 携带者之间的影响差异。 结果:多元线性回归分析显示,教育对无忧虑个体的记忆、执行和语言认知以及有忧虑个体的所有认知领域都有积极影响。此外,我们发现教育对 APOE ε4 无忧虑携带者的执行认知和无忧虑 APOE ε4 携带者的语言和一般认知有积极影响。同时,教育对 APOE ε4 携带者的所有认知领域都有积极影响,焦虑的 APOE ε4 携带者的执行、语言和一般认知。 结论:这项研究表明,教育有可能延迟或减少具有 SCD 加特征的 SCD 个体的认知能力下降。
