摘要

由布鲁氏锥虫、克氏锥虫、利什曼原虫、溶组织内阿米巴、蓝氏贾第虫、疟原虫和阴道毛滴虫引起的感染是大量人类寄生虫病的一部分。它们每年导致超过5亿人感染。这些原生动物寄生虫既影响低收入国家,也影响高收入国家,它们的药物治疗有限。因此,在临床前开发的新的更有效的药物可以改善寄生虫感染的整体治疗,即使它们的作用机制尚不清楚。本文就近年来已报道的抗原虫药物(二胺、胍、喹啉、苯并咪唑、噻唑、重氮萘及其衍生物)作为寄生虫病药物治疗的新选择进行了综述。
