如今,在不同医学领域的突破使得设计新的药物递送方法变得可行,从而获得最具成本效益和最不令人不快的结果,从而提出了解决多种疾病的解决方案。纳米(NP)药物进入了治疗系统,尤其是在癌症化学疗法中。这些药物以长效和低毒性两个特性而闻名。长期以来,已经研究了NPs如何改变药物动力学。但是,有一些研究使他们的注意力转向了NPs如何影响药物动力学。在这篇综述中,后一点将主要以基于示例的方式进行讨论。此外,将简要说明NP的其他特定功能。 NP与药物一样能够影响生物系统。而且,NP通过触发它们自己的受体而可能产生各种各样的作用。 NP能够改变受体功能并操纵其下游信号传导级联。
