摘要

破骨细胞起源于造血谱系的单核细胞前体。 转录因子对基因表达的调控是控制细胞功能的主要机制之一。 这在破骨细胞生产过程中特别重要。 作为主要的调控转录因子,活化的T细胞胞质1(NFATc1)的核因子在破骨细胞分化中起着重要作用。 尽管当前的研究集中在破骨细胞形成过程中治疗的调节作用上,但许多这类药物具有对骨形成有害的细胞毒性。 在目前的临床和基础研究中,最需要具有很少或没有副作用的天然存在的化合物。 在本文中,我们总结了几种植物来源的化合物在抑制破骨细胞形成中的作用。
