放疗被认为是肾细胞癌(RCC)患者的第二生命,这主要是由于单独或与抗细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原结合使用了免疫检查点抑制剂,例如抗程序性死亡(PD)-1 (CTLA)-4。 数项试验正在研究免疫检查点抑制剂在放疗的顺序或联合策略中的功效/安全性。 嵌合抗原受体(CAR)-T细胞疗法作为治疗癌症患者的一种有前途的方法,为整合疗法的新可能性开辟了道路。 鉴定对这些组合的肿瘤反应的生物标志物是RCC的一项挑战,同时也是对转移性患者进行免疫治疗的最佳伙伴的研究。 在这篇综述中,我们阐明了放射疗法与RCC中免疫检查点抑制剂或CART细胞整合的临床前/临床数据。
